Circle Bay Yacht Club Condos – Stuart, Florida is an active adult riverfront community located at the St. Lucie River. The marina offers dock-age for boats up to 36 ft. Going south on Palm City the first entrance will lead you to building 5, 6, 7 & 8 with buildings directly at the river. The second entrance leads you to buildings 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 with building fourteen being right on the river. The pool and club house are located right at the entrance. The third entrance will lead you to buildings 1,2,3 & 4 with building 1 being on the river. All units in Circle Bay Yacht Club have a water-view (river or canal). The three story buildings (1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11,12,13 & 14) do have an elevator. The community was built in 1974 (Phase 1) and finished in 1982 with (Phase 3). Circle Bay Yacht club is conveniently located in Stuart with easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. There are a total of 295 units (1 & 2 bedrooms) and the sizes range from 751 ft2 to ~1295 ft2.

Circle Bay Yacht Club Marina: The boat may not exceed 36′ 0″ in length and 14′ 0″ in width. The size of the boat shall be determined by the Manufacturer’s Statements of Origin, survey, title or prior registration. Usual appendages to the boat shall not be included when determining its length.

Circle Bay Yacht Club Activities: Pool Exercise – Monday, Friday, Social Hour – Friday, Ladies’ Luncheon 2nd Thursday each month, Yacht Club Meeting – 3rd Thursday each month, Yoga – Monday and Thursday, in season only: Bridge – Tuesday, Bingo – Wednesdays, Men’s Breakfast – Wednesdays.
