Fairwinds Cove is a gated riverfront community and split into three phases. Fairwinds Cove Phase I (1): Building 1, 2 & 3. | Phase ll (2): Building 4,5, 16,17 & 18 | Phase lll (3): Building 6 & 7. The community consists of a total of 160 units (16 units per building). The community was constructed between 1974 and 1983. This is NOT an age-restricted community. The Fairwinds Cove Property Owner Association (POA) / Condominium Association fee covers pool(s), tennis, gym, clubhouse, onsite manager etc.

The Pool & Clubhouse is located in between building 16 & 18. Fairwinds Cove does offer a marina. Docks may be available for rent or sale. There is an extra fee associated with the marina. Pets are allowed but restricted. The Atlantic Ocean (public beach) is close by – just down the road. Downtown Jensen Beach, Supermarkets like Publix, restaurants, cafes are within a 5-10 min drive. The Treasure Coast mall is within a 10-15 min drive. Jensen Beach Fairwinds Cove is located next (east) to Moon River Villas.
